The Ministry of Labour’s (MOL’s) Employment Standards Program has launched a new educational video entitled Tips and Other Gratuities. The video is the latest in a series of new resources developed by MOL to help employees and employers understand the new rules around the handling of tips and other gratuities in the workplace.
