About Listowel BIA

The Listowel BIA is located in the Municipality of North Perth. Our BIA is an association of over 200 local businesses, commercial property owners, and tenants within a defined area. Listowel at it's core is an agricultural community. It is surrounded by some of the richest argicultural land in Ontario. Listowel is well situated between the Ontario West coast and large urban centres. This has caused Listowel to become a hub for business and services. As our population is growing, so is our industry. Listowel's unique attributes is that it's downtown is located above a river, and the community hosts a large Paddyfest celebration.
