About Downtown Port Colborne BIA
Welcome to the Downtown Port Colborne! We are located in the Historic Canal District, a vibrant, diverse neighbourhood with dining, shopping, art, history, and cultural interests for all, wrapped up in one area! We welcome visitors from all over to our business district each year. The district features historic buildings, The Welland Canal and Bridge 21, and view the ships as they proceed through the canal. Take photos, shop, dine, and explore Niagara's quaint port town.
In addition, the Downtown BIA offers community festivals, specials events, entertainment, and community beautification projects. Recently the BIA has taking the leadership of the Port Colborne Farmers' Market which is located in downtown district. Being next to the Welland Canal has provided another new opportunity to host cruise ships touring the Great Lakes and brings a new opportunity for tourists to visit the area. A Waterfront Centre will be built in the next few years to support this new project!
