On Monday, April 25, OBIAA held the 2022 BIA Awards. The theme for the gala dinner was Bright Lights, Starry Nights, to celebrate Ontario’s BIAs and their resilience over the past few years. This years’ submissions were awarded based on the BIAs’ ability to meet the judging criteria as they fall under OBIAA’s pillars: Innovations, Replications, Representation, Outcome, and Accessibility. OBIAA received an historic 40 submissions this year!

The 2022 BIA Conference is being held at the Marriott on the Falls Hotel in Niagara Falls, ON, and the awards gala dinner was held on Monday, April 25, 2022. This conference was made possible
with special thanks to many generous sponsors and in partnership with Fallsview BIA and Niagara Economic Development.
We look forward to seeing all of you at next year’s conference in London from April 15-19, 2023.
