The Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) proudly presents the 2027 BIA Conference, taking place April 25–28, 2027, in Oakville, Ontario. Presented by Visit Oakville and hosted by Kerr Village BIA, this annual gathering brings together BIA leaders, municipal partners, and community builders from across Ontario for three and a half days of learning, networking, and inspiration.
This year’s theme, Making Waves on Main Streets: Fostering Momentum Across Ontario, celebrates the people, ideas and partnerships creating movement in communities across the province.

2026 Conference Bursary
Funding is available for up to $1,500 per BIA to encourage BIAs with small levies to attend the OBIAA Conference. Priority will be given to BIAs who have not attended the Conference or who have not attended in more that 5 years.
An application can be made prior to registration OR after a BIA has registered at least one person.

Deadline to Apply: Friday, February 6 at 11:59pm (successful applicants will receive early pricing)
Notice of Determination: Week of February 16
Note: The person applying is the person to whom the bursary would apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation up to 30 days prior with a $200.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations after 30 days forfeit registration unless a substitution can be made from the same organization.

Canceling your reservation between 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on 24 April, 2027 and 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on 25 April, 2027 will result in a charge for the first night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
