Return on Investment of BIAs

The Return ON Investment of BIAs Study will identify the common success factors needed by BIAs, industry and government to assess the contribution of BIAs to their communities.

Accessibility

The Accessibility Smart Businesses Project aims to identify and remove barriers to employment for persons with disabilities in communities across Ontario.

Goverment Relations

OBIAA meets annually with the Planning, Environment, Resources and Land (PERL) Provincial Deputy Ministries and Assistant Deputy Ministers encouraging understanding and recognition of the paradigms facing ‘Main Street’ Ontario.

Bloor West Village became the pioneer of the BIA concept and was designated as the first BIA on September 16, 1970. Celebrating #BIAweek and #50yearsforward of BIAs we the #downtownbench #Beamsville BIA are proud to stand with over 300 BIAs in Ontario.
